Prepare a full paper of 4–6 pages (A4 size) in IEEE double-column format. Use the official IEEE template. Ensure the manuscript is complete and does not exceed the page limit.
All submissions must be original and unpublished. Papers currently under review elsewhere are not eligible. The overall similarity index (including references) must remain below 30% as per IEEE guidelines.
Submit your paper through the Microsoft CMT submission portal. Create an account or log in, then upload your PDF manuscript and enter all required metadata (title, abstract, keywords, author details).
Submit on CMT3All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Authors will be notified of the outcome by 15th September 2026. The official language of the conference is English.
Accepted authors must submit the camera-ready version by 30th September 2026. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE's quality requirements.
